01. Hygiene & Security Exclusions

Due to the sensitive nature of grooming and sexual wellness products, Xofurious maintains strict hygiene protocols. Therefore:

• Opened or used products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Sexual wellness items and beard growth oils are excluded from returns once the tactical seal is broken.

02. Damaged or Defective Assets

If your arsenal arrives damaged or defective, we will deploy a replacement immediately:

• You must report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
• Photographic or video evidence of the damage and original packaging is required for tactical review.
• Verified defects will be eligible for a 100% free replacement.

03. Cancellation Period

Orders can be cancelled via the dashboard within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet reached the "In Transit" stage. Once a package is deployed with our logistics partners, cancellation is no longer possible.

04. Refund Timelines

For approved refunds on prepaid orders:

• Refunds are initiated within 5-7 business days.
• The amount will be credited back to the original payment source.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are only eligible for replacements or store credit.
